ReFraming Lab comes to you from the founders of Project Eve a platform supporting female entrepreneurship.​
 


Kim Laidlaw Oksenberg, MBA, PMI-ACP is the Founder and Managing Partner of The Reframing Lab an investment consultancy. With a background as a startup founder, advisor and investor, she has experience identifying, analyzing, and implementing strategies for growth and risk mitigation. She scaled her digital media startup, Project Eve, profitably using user-centric product development and corporate partnerships. Her investment management experience provides her with financial expertise, analytical rigor, and nuanced negotiation skills. Her recent experience as an adjunct instructor of Product Management at University of California at Berkeley has honed her presentation skills and ability to develop and enable others to do their best work. 

 

Kim started her career working in institutional equity research and high-yield sales. After her time in investment banking, she moved on to spend nine years as a private equity investor for a multi-billion dollar family of funds at Bank of New York Mellon. In 2011, she became a co-founder and COO of Project Eve, a digital platform helping women launch new businesses and reinvent their careers. She formed The Reframing Lab to help investors identify and acquire undervalued assets to deliver exceptional returns. Kim earned a BA with honors from the University of Vermont and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from New York University's Stern School of Business. Kim is also PMI certified in Agile project management.



Meridith Dennes is a Founder and Managing Director of  at Prospect Rock a global financial search firm. Prior to that she was the COO of Harrison Rush a Wall Street-focused search firm. Before her career in executive recruiting, she was a co-founder CEO of Project Eve LLC, a leading women’s lifestyle digital media company. With a  readership in excess of 8+ million monthly unique visitors and, over one million social media followers, Project Eve provided resources to inspire and empower women. Prior to founding Project Eve, she spent 15 years working in investment banking at bulge bracket banks. Dennes earned a B.A. from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. from NYU’s Stern School of Business
